The information provided helps Administration review your request, prepare the Council agenda, and ensure Council has enough background before the meeting. Submitting this form does not guarantee approval or placement on a specific Council meeting agenda. Administration may contact you for more information, schedule your request for a different meeting, or redirect your request to the appropriate department.

This collection is authorized under section 4(c) of Alberta’s Protection of Privacy Act, as the information relates directly to and is necessary for an operating program or activity of the Town.

The information you provide may be used by Town Administration to review your request, contact you for more information, determine whether the matter should be scheduled for a Council meeting or redirected to Administration, prepare Council agenda materials, and maintain municipal records.

Some information submitted through this form, including your name, organization or group name, delegation topic, written summary, request to Council, and any supporting materials you provide, may be included in a Council agenda package, minutes, or other meeting records and may be made available to the public, subject to Alberta’s Access to Information Act, Protection of Privacy Act, and other applicable legislation.

Personal contact information, such as your phone number and email address, is collected for administrative purposes and is not intended to be published as part of the public agenda package.
