The M.D. of Greenview Environmental Services will be conducting waterline flushing in the Valleyview rural distribution system today. Their crews will be working on the rural lines west of Valleyview, followed by the Valleyview South lines.

To coordinate this work, the Town of Valleyview Utilities Department will also be flushing the hydrant at the Valleyview Airport.

What to Expect:

  • Temporary changes in water pressure or discoloured water may occur during flushing
  • If water is discoloured, run an outside tap until it clears before doing laundry or household cleaning
  • Water quality remains monitored and safe to drink
