Community Calendar Submission Guidelines

  1. Event posting on the Town of Valleyview Community Calendar is available to non-profit groups, organizations, clubs, etc. from the Valleyview and Districts area. For profit and out of area ventures will not be considered.
  2. Submissions must include organization contact, organization name, event name, event start/end date and start/end time, event location including physical address, and contact information for public inquiries.
  3. Postings must be for events open to the public.
  4. Submissions are not meant to replace regular and ongoing communication within groups, organizations, and clubs, and such requests will not be considered.
  5. Submissions promoting a specific religious or political belief or candidate will not be considered.


  • Posting of an event does not imply endorsement by the Town.
  • All submissions are subject to approval. Content may be edited at the Town’s discretion.
  • The Town reserves the right to deny or remove submissions at any time at its sole discretion.
  • The Town reserves the right to revise the calendar criteria at any time.
