NOTICE TO TOWN RESIDENTS
HYDRANT FLUSHING IN PROGRESS
The Town of Valleyview Utilities Department will be conducting hydrant flushing today at 4803- 56th Avenue for maintenance purposes. This is not part of our regular yearly flushing program and is expected to be completed by the end of the day.
During this process, operators flush water through the hydrant until the water runs clear. Large volumes of water may be observed flowing along roadways and into storm drains. Customers may also notice slight discoloration or sediment in their water when operators are flushing in their area. If this happens, run cold water through your inside faucets for a few minutes until water runs clear.
