Town of Valleyview Land Use Bylaw Amendment #2024-02 Public Hearing
The Town of Valleyview is amending the Town of Valleyview Land Use Bylaw 2022-11, to include
-the addition of “Dealership” as a discretionary Use In General Industrial (IG) District
-the addition of C4.3(13) To allow a maximum number of portable signs before requiring approval from the Development Authority.
-Changing the designation from Permitted to Discretionary in the Highway Commercial (CH) District for Electronic Display, Freestanding, and Vehicle Signs.

The Town of Valleyview Land Use Bylaw amendment #2025-02 will go to public hearing on March 24, 2025 at 5p.m in the Town Office Council Chambers.
