The Memorial Hall, located at 4810 50th St. in Valleyview, Alberta, is ideal for a variety of functions. With an occupancy capacity of 374 in the Main Hall (approx. 75′ x 48′) and 170 in the adjoining Small Hall (roughly half the size of the Main Hall), a commercial kitchen and a serving bar in each hall, this venue is sure to meet all your needs.
The Main Hall includes 40 round tables (5′ across) that seat 8-10 people each, and 12 rectangular tables (2.5 x 6′ long).
Small Hall rental includes 35 rectangular tables (6′ long).
Renters are responsible for set up and take down of tables and chairs.
*Please Note: tables are meant for use in designated areas only. Transferring tables between halls is not allowed.
*Effective February 1st, 2024, Social Event bookings requiring day before set-up and day after clean-up will be charged a flat fee of $200 for each day.

Polar Palace Facilities
Our indoor arena offers a number of facility rental options for recreation or social events.
With an occupancy capacity of up to 170, our Swanson Banquet Room is ideal for social gatherings, training sessions and meetings. 120 chairs and 13 tables (6′ long) are available in the 25′ x 60′ space. Renters are responsible for set up and take down of furniture.
During the warmer months, the dry floor is available from April to August for hosting large venue events.
Our two ball diamonds located on the arena grounds are home to Adult Slow Pitch and Minor Baseball. When not being utilized by local groups, the diamonds are available for rental.

Let us help make your event a success!
A range of equipment is available to rent from popcorn popper, cotton candy maker, outdoor grill, tables and chairs, to LED projector, audio equipment and more.
$200.00 Damage Deposit is required at the time of booking for all equipment rentals.
Equipment rentals must be picked up and dropped off during office hours. Our office is closed Saturday and Sunday.
