Valley Strong Fitness Competition in Valleyview, AB

Join the Town of Valleyview and the MD of Greenview for this regional fitness competition. It combines strength and cardio and has been developed for all skill levels and fitness abilities.

DATE: Saturday, September 21, 2024
TIME: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
6 EVENTS: Loop Runs, Farmer Carry, Burpee Broad Jumps, Sandbag Lunges, Hill Runs, and Tire Flip.

ENTRY DIVISIONS:
Open 18 to 35 years
Novice 36 to 50 years
Master 50+ years

On-site food truck, fitness and wellness vendors will be available for this event, and the GRM Aquatic Center will be accessible after the event.

• Early Bird Registration until August 1, 2024
  $60.00 per athlete – shirt & swag guaranteed
• Regular Registration until August 15, 2024
  $75.00 per athlete – shirt guaranteed
• Late Registration until September 6, 2024
  $80.00 per athlete

Event Registration Deadline is September 6, 2024, at midnight.
Register individually or as a 2 partnered team.
Both partnering organizations offer 8-week training sessions before the event. Please inquire at one of the Registration locations below.
