Following a significant snowfall over the weekend, Public Works crews have focused on Priority 1 routes, including emergency services locations, school zones, and main travel routes. Crews have also cleared municipal facilities open to the public and are now progressing through residential areas.

Residential snow removal is currently underway south of 50th Avenue, with operations scheduled to move north of 50th Avenue on Wednesday, December 17.

With a snowfall warning in effect beginning at 3:00 a.m. Wednesday, crews will continue working to ensure essential access is maintained in Priority 1 areas while trying to continue with residential operations.

Where possible, please move vehicles off the street to allow crews to clear snow more efficiently and safely.

Town of Valleyview snow removal operations are being carried out using one grader, one loader, one backhoe, one plow truck, and one skid steer working across the system.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as crews work through these snow events.
