Utilities & Asset Management and Public Works crews are investigating a water leak behind the hospital area along 45 Street. To complete these repairs safely, water service pm 45 Street and 46 Street may be temporarily shut off; please avoid the work area and follow all signage (localized traffic control may be in place).
If you notice discoloured water, run cold taps for 5-10 minutes (or until clear and cold). Avoid laundry and hot water use until your cold water runs clear to prevent staining or sediment entering your hot-water tank. If a shut-off occurs, please flush a cold water tap after service is restored.
