Hydrant repair work is currently underway near 45 Street and 54 Avenue. Town of Valleyview crews are on site completing the necessary repairs to address the issue and ensure the continued reliability of the water distribution system.
To safely complete this work, water service has been temporarily shut off to residents in the affected area. Water will remain off for the duration of the repair. Once service is restored, some residents may notice temporary air in the lines or minor discolouration, which can be resolved by running cold water taps until clear.
