The Town of Valleyview is publicly selling for removal by Purchaser the mobile home (1972 Glendale Villager) located on a rented lot currently at #21 Klondike Gateway Mobile Home Community, 5304 – Highway Street, through the tax recovery process. The mobile home is being sold “as is” with all the costs borne to Purchaser for procurement, disconnects, removal, permits, insurances and other applicable approvals and incidentals. Building must be moved from its existing site location thirty days from date of purchase from the Town of Valleyview. Purchaser may seek permission from Klondike Gateway Mobile Home Community to maintain the mobile home in its current rented lot subject to any conditions of improvement set forth by Klondike Gateway Mobile Home Community.
Interested parties may submit their proposal with purchase offer no later than 12:00 PM on Friday, August 14, 2020 in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Glendale Mobile Home Sale” to:

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The Town reserves the right to accept an offer other than the lowest offer without stating reasons. By the act of submitting it’s offer, the Purchaser waives any right to contest in any legal proceeding or action the right of the Town to award the building to whomever it chooses in its sole and unfettered discretion, and for whatever reasons the Town deems appropriate.
