Hydrant repair work near 45 Street and 54 Avenue has been successfully completed, and water service has been restored to the affected area.
As a part of this work, watermain flushing will take place to ensure water quality is fully restored. During flushing, residents in the area may experience temporary water discolouration, air in the lines, or brief pressure fluctuations. This is normal and expected following system maintenance.
If discolouration occurs, please run your cold water taps for several minutes until the water clears. Avoid using hot water, dishwashers, or washing machines until water clarity is fully restored, as sediment may stain fixtures or laundry.
