The Land Use By-Law provides that any person claiming to be affected by an approved Discretionary decision of the Development Authority may appeal to the Development Appeal Board. Appeals respecting the above decision(s) must be received at the Town of Valleyview Office prior to the close of Business on Tuesday July 01, 2025.
